PCT Photo Websites

I just thought I would create a thread where people can post their photo websites and discuss which sites they are using.


I use Flickr.com and I really like it. They

They also have a flickr PCT group where you can upload photos of the trail. Check it out!

the "free" version of flickr is just like the "pay" version but with the pay version you get something like 3 gigs of photos to upload per month. The pay version costs $20.00 per year and is well worth it.

With Flickr you can upload photos from flickr to your blog and they have a cool flash badge with rotating images from your photo set that you can imbed into your blog. (you can see how I did it on my blog here:

A photo hosting site like flickr is a great way to keep your friends and family stoked on your hike while you're away.

hey chaiguy, i just joined the flickr pct group, and maybe i'm a dumbass, but i can't figure out how to add my pct pics to the group photo pool?

1. Log into your account
2. click on "organize"
3. click on "groups"
4. You should now see all of the groups you are subscribed to, with all your photos on a strip at the bottom.
5. Drag and drop the photos you want into the PCT group.
