the braatens (belden)
the heitmans (old station)

Thanks, I've added the ones you mentioned. Are there any others?

well, i'd say those are the major ones that have a large scale "formal" operation going. there are, of course, lots of other minor trail angels that don't need their own forum category.
i suppose the only other thing would be businesses that give hikers such a good deal that they're essentially trail angels, ie drakesbad, the store in trout lake, cctg & alderbrook manor in etna, callahan's near ashland (which will be reopening in the near future with enhanced pct hiker services), etc.
Thanks, I've added the ones you mentioned. Are there any others?
Been trying to get ahold of Robert Riess listed in Yogi's book to arrange transportation once in SoCal but haven't been able to do so. Does he still offer this service?
Thanks,

if you post a message to pct-l i'm sure he'll get it... probably you're using a defunct email address?

Thanks GS,
Three of us are attempting to fly into SD on 4/10 and buy last minute supplies on 4/11 and start our hike on 4/12/07. Any ideas, assists, help, advice, info (can you tell we're a bit paranoid?) would be greatly appreciated. I've thru'd the AT x2, Boudan x1 and Tarpinator 400 miles of AT. Please email me.
