Amongst the shots in the gallery I see what appear to be some "double exposure" shots. Used to experiment with those years ago using film cameras but these look to be digital shots.

Would be curious to know more about the method being used to overlay 2 shots on each other. Using Photoshop Elements ?? ...or another application ??

Thanks in advance. Great shots by the way !!

You are right, they are digital. I used the camera's multiple exposure option to take those shots. We were bored and just experimenting with it :) And while I prefer slide film, digital is much cheaper to experiment with!

You could also do this in photoshop. I'm not sure what limitations there are when using 'elements' but i'm pretty sure you'd be able to do it. The procedure would depend on what exactly you are working with and what you want to do. The simplest way however, and this is most similar to what is happening with the camera, would be to put your two images on different layers and play with the opacity of each layer to get what you want.

Thanks ...by the way, what digital camera(s) offer that multiple exposure feature. Not sure I've seen it on any of the cameras I've ever used.

I kinda assumed that most digital cameras had that option these days, but I've never checked either so maybe not. I was using the FujiFilm Finepix S9000. Great optical lens / range but the autofocus is slow and doesn't seem to work very well (though I've never used autofocus before this... also, lack of stabilization may have made the problem seem worse in low light / higher zoom) btw, Manual focus is even worse... if anyone is wondering :)

I carried a Panasonic model on my AT thru and it did not have that feature. The Canon I have now doesn't either. Gonna have to pay special attention when I'm in the market for a new camera. That's a nice feature.
