Looking for a Lightweight Bivy Sack?

I've been searching for one for a while, my problem has always been the weight. Seems most bivy sacks weigh in too close to an actual tent for my personal tastes, here's one that seems to fit my bill. I'm going to purchase it this summer and let you guys know what I think.
